GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS – VESELÝ KOSEC

1. Intro

The operator of the Veselykosec.sk online store is MIDOMA s. r. o., with its registered office at Strelníky 218, 976 55 Strelníky, Company ID: 56516827, VAT ID: 2122333829 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Seller’). These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the rights and obligations between the Seller and the Buyer.

2. Order and conclusion of the purchase contract

The Buyer places an order using the form on the e-shop. The order is binding after its confirmation by the seller. The buyer is obliged to provide true information. By sending the order, the buyer confirms that they have read and accept the GTC.

3. Prices and payment terms

Prices are inclusive of VAT and are valid at the time of the order.

Payment methods:

• Cash on collection: free of charge
• Cash on delivery: £2
• Bank transfer: free of charge
• Payment card: free of charge

Payment for courses is due in advance within 3 days of registration, otherwise the booking may be cancelled.

4. Delivery terms

Delivery time:

• Goods IN STOCK: 1–2 working days from the order (for cash on delivery) or from receipt of payment (for bank transfer).
• Peened scythes and other modifications: delivery may be extended depending on our capacity, in which case the buyer will be informed.
• Sold out goods: we will notify you of availability by phone or email. Delivery approx. 2–3 weeks.

5. Right to withdraw from the contract

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The goods must be returned within this period. The buyer bears the costs of return.

6. Complaints

24-month warranty. Complaints relate to manufacturing and material defects. Complaints will be handled within 30 days.

7. Personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by the GDPR and Act No. 18/2018 Z. z. Details are provided in the document ‘Personal Data Protection’.

8. Alternative dispute resolution

The buyer may use the Slovak Trade Inspection Authority or the ODR platform for online dispute resolution.

9. Terms and conditions for providing courses

Mowing courses take place from May to October in suitable weather conditions and with a minimum of 4 participants.

Conditions

• Registration is valid only after payment of the fee.
• Cancellation by the participant: no charge up to 3 days before the date, then a cancellation fee of 50%.
• Cancellation by the seller (unsuitable weather or insufficient number of participants): full refund or offer of an alternative date.

10. Rights and obligations of the buyer

The buyer is obliged to use the goods in accordance with the instructions and safety guidelines.

11. Final provisions

The seller may change the GTC. Those valid at the time of sending the order are applicable.
