Whetstone Styria

The Styria whetstone made of corundum is designed for more demanding grinding, removing larger amounts of material, which makes it ideal for repairing damaged cutting edges, preparation before peening and sharpening bush scythes. This whetstone is particularly suitable for situations where the blade needs to be quickly restored after significant wear.

We do not recommend using it to sharpen a finely peened scythe during mowing, as it can quickly wear down the sharpened edge and destroy the peening.
